Service times vary based on the complexity of the job and current shop volume. Here is a general breakdown of what to expect:
Routine Maintenance (1-2 hours): Quick turnarounds for oil changes, spark plugs, air filters.
Intermediate Repairs (2-4 Hours): More involved tasks such as carburetor cleaning or rebuilds, fuel system repairs, and precision valve adjustments.
Major Repairs (4–8+ Hours): Complex projects including engine rebuilds, crankshaft replacements, or complete overhauls.
Note: Exact timing depends on parts availability and the specific condition of your machine. We prioritize precision and reliability to ensure your equipment is race-ready when it leaves our shop.

We offer full diagnostic services for all machines and engines brought into the shop.
While your description of the issue is a helpful starting point, our team performs a professional inspection to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem. This ensures we fix it right the first time and don't replace parts unnecessarily.
-
We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 30-day limited warranty on our labor for standard service and repairs.
Because of the extreme conditions involved in racing and off-road use, this warranty covers defects in our workmanship under normal operating conditions.
Please note that high-performance racing builds and customer-supplied parts are generally excluded from labor warranties due to their high-stress nature. For more information on warranty please click the warranty & legal button at the bottom of the page.
Performance & Racing
-
Yes, performance is at the heart of what we do. We offer custom engine builds tailored to your specific riding style and racing class, from top-end refreshes to complete one of a kind engines.
We also provide precision tuning to ensure your machine delivers maximum power and reliability. Contact us to discuss your goals and build a package that fits your needs.
-
We specialize in high performance engine building on all powersports platforms. While our Banshee engine program has earned us an International reputation, the performance technology and engineering innovations we have developed through that platform are applied to every engine we build.
From PWC engines to Side x Side's, our customers get the benefit of over 30 years of Bansheee performance engine development.
-
While we primarily operate out of our shop, we do offer 'at the track' consultations.
We can also help you plan your gearing, jetting, clutching, and tire choices based on the specific track and weather conditions before the race.
-
Absolutely. Our 'Race-Prep' service goes beyond a basic tune-up.
We perform a thorough 'nut-and-bolt' inspection of your machine, checking everything from engine health and carburetor settings to bearings, brakes, and fluid levels.
Our goal is to ensure your machine is reliable and competitive from the first gate drop to the final round.
Parts & Ordering
-
Absolutely. We have access to a wide range of both OEM and high-performance aftermarket parts. Whether you're looking for original factory replacements or specialized racing components to upgrade your machine, we can handle the ordering for you. Ordering through us ensures you get the exact fitment for your machine and saves you the hassle of tracking down part numbers yourself.
-
We generally prefer to source parts directly through our trusted distributors. While we may install certain customer-provided accessories on a case-by-case basis, we cannot offer any warranty on labor or performance for parts purchased elsewhere. For internal engine components or critical safety items, we require shop-sourced parts to guarantee fitment and reliability.
-
We monitor our orders daily. If a part for your machine goes on backorder, we will notify you immediately with the estimated arrival date provided by the manufacturer. We’ll keep you updated weekly on the status of your build, and if the delay is significant, we can discuss alternative aftermarket options to get you back on the track sooner.
Pricing
-
Our standard shop labor rate is $110 per hour. We pride ourselves on providing better than dealership-level expertise at a more accessible independent rate.
-
Yes! We know that getting a non-running machine to the shop can be a challenge. We offer professional pick-up and delivery services to get your equipment into the shop and back to your garage. Rates for this service vary based on your distance from our shop—contact us with your location for a quick and accurate transport quote.
-
We aim to make the checkout process as easy as the repair! We currently accept Cash, Money Order, Venmo, and Apple Pay. If you are using a digital payment method, please let us know at the time of pick-up so we can provide you with the correct handle or terminal.
-
No. Not normally. If this is something you want, a written estimate can be arranged. We believe in clear communication and no surprises. After our initial diagnostic, we provide a detailed verbal or text estimate that covers both parts and labor. We will not begin any repair work until you have reviewed and approved the estimate. If we discover additional issues once we start work on your project, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with further repairs.
