At Grand River Racing, we are committed to delivering high-performance equipment and components that are engineered for the win and built to last. Our reputation is founded on helping our clients push the limits of speed and power with confidence.

However, once a component or machine leaves our facility, its longevity depends on factors beyond our control. High-performance and racing applications place extreme stress on every part. Reliability is heavily influenced by professional installation, precision tuning, environmental conditions, and operator handling.

While we strive for total customer satisfaction and aim to be more than fair in all our dealings, the nature of high-performance use means we cannot offer a formal warranty or guarantee regarding performance or reliability. For products featuring third-party or OEM components, any existing manufacturer warranties are the sole responsibility of the end-user to manage directly with those specific suppliers.

All Grand River Racing engines, assemblies, and components are sold "as is" and "with all faults." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand River Racing disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regardless of any recommendations made in sales literature or verbal representations.

Limitation of Liability

Grand River Racing expressly disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, personal injury or death, property damage, loss of profits or revenue, labor costs, or damage to associated vehicle or engine components resulting from the use or installation of our products. In no event shall Grand River Racing ’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the specific part or engine.

Assumption of Risk

High-performance racing and vehicle testing are inherently dangerous activities. By purchasing and using Grand River Racing products, the buyer assumes all risks of bodily injury or property damage. If a product proves defective following purchase, the buyer—not Grand River Racing—assumes the full cost of any necessary service or repair.

Off-Road Use Only

Grand River Racing components and engines are not certified under federal motor vehicle safety standards or emissions regulations. Our products are intended solely for competition or off-road use and are not certified for use on public roads or highways.
