  • Crank Rebuild: $110 per cylinder (Labor Only)

  • Pin & Weld:$80 per cylinder

  • True & Weld Only: $80 – $100 (Most Cranks)

Stroking: Starting at $250 per cylinder (Machine work only, Example: Banshee 7mm — $740. Includes True & Weld)

Restoring cylinder bore geometry and finish.

  • Bore & Micro-Hone: $110 per cylinder

Repair & Re-sleeving: Starting at $220 (Includes: sleeve installation, boring, and micro-honing to fit new piston)

Head re-chambering

We build custom combustion chambers for your specific engine. We use our experience with flame propagation and squish velocities, along with our proprietary software, to design a head that will produce maximum power, without detonation, in the desired RPM range.

  • Modify OEM Head: (Price depending, OEM heads may need to be welded and recut)

  • Modify blank Cool Head Style Dome: $90
